I feel grateful every day to get to inspire students through music.

I started my teaching journey in 2016 in Decorah, Iowa, and I am currently teaching students out of my home studio in Louisville, Colorado. I view my role as an educator as an opportunity to cultivate creativity, discipline, emotional expression, patience, and good practice habits in my students. I teach a wide range of ages and abilities, and I strive to have each student learn a blend of structured/traditional pieces and the music that inspires them.

Students of mine participate in multiple performance and advancement opportunities throughout the year, including 2 studio recitals, Multiple Piano Festival, RCM exams, home recitals, and more.
