Wedding Packages

Everyone wants a perfect soundtrack for their big day. . .

. . .but with so many other details to plan, choosing music shouldn’t be a hassle. I make the process seamless, letting you be as involved as you wish—whether you’d like to select each song yourself or leave it to a professional. This is your day, and I’m here to make it as memorable as possible!

  • When you hire a solo musician, it can be hard to know exactly what you might need. You certainly don’t need to add any stress to the planning of your big day, and I am here to help make this part of the planning as seamless as possible. Here is what you can expect when you hire me:

    • A professional level of musicianship

    • Prompt responses and thorough communication from me about the set list and other details, from the moment you hire me to the big day

    • An ability to perform in a variety of venues (church, outdoors, a barn, your home . . . you name it!)

    • I will correspond directly with your venue to determine any venue-specific needs, eliminating any extra work from you

    • Up to 3 special song requests not from my repertoire list

    • Guaranteed on-time arrival at least one hour before I am due to play

  • If your venue doesn’t have a piano or quality keyboard instrument, I can bring my own along for no fee. Please include this detail in your booking form if you are aware of the musical set up at your venue.

  • I play a variety of music that will fit any part of your big day. Solo piano music is a great option for your ceremony, cocktail hour, or dinner hour. Consider one of my packages as a great cost-effective option for your big day!

    • Ceremony - $300

    • Ceremony rehearsal (recommended) - $100

    • Cocktail hour - $250

    • Dinner/reception - $350 (up to 3 hours, then $75 for each additional hour)

    Packages:

    • Ceremony and cocktail hour - $450

    • Ceremony and dinner - $550

    • Cocktail hour and dinner - $450

    • All 3 (rehearsal included for free when you book me for your whole day!) - $700

    If you have any ideas/requests that are not included in my pricing above, please contact me directly! I am flexible and would love to hear your ideas about your unique wedding day!

    A $150 deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be applied toward your total on the day of the event. Thank you for your understanding!

  • When you hire me for your big day, you can count on a fully customizable experience . . . because who doesn’t want all their wedding details to be perfect? But if that sounds like too much work for you, I am more than happy to put together the set list myself. Either way, here’s what the process will look like for you:

    • Book your specific date (at least a month in advance) and send me your deposit

    • Fill out my the form I send you where you can tell me all about your venue, song requests, theme or general vibe, and any other details. We may also do a video call to discuss further details if you desire.

    • I put together your set list and send it to you for approval within an appropriate time frame

    • We coordinate to discuss timing and cues as close to the event as is convenient for you. If you have a wedding planner, they can do this part for you!

    • You relax and enjoy the perfect soundtrack to your wedding day!
